ADULTS AND TEENS PROGRAM

Our teen and adult classes (ages 14 and up) work with people of all skill levels from beginner through advanced. The class provides one of the best workouts in the area while teaching an art and sport.

Judo training builds strength and agility while also enhancing mental fortitude. The workout eliminates the mundaneness of a normal gym routine or exercise machines. Submissions (strangles and armbars) are taught in groundwork alongside basic and advanced standing techniques. Participation in tournaments is encouraged, but not required.

FRJ classes are also an excellent adjunct to other sports such as Brazilian jiujitsu, wrestling, MMA and more. Whether training recreationally or competitively, Judo is a great way to keep the body and mind fit and healthy.
